Miracles do happen: Surrendered bonded seniors on their way home November 11, 2020/0 Comments/in Adoptable dogs, Bonded dogs, dog news, dog rescue, Dogs, Heartwarming /by Cheryl Hanna
Paloma and Fluffy are bonded seniors and have spent their entire lives together. When surrendered to the Carson Animal Care Center in California, because of a divorce, there was little hope Paloma and Fluffy would find someone to rescue them; sadly senior dogs so often wind up never seeing a new day.
And there they waited for their unknown fate; Paloma – an eight-year-old female pit bull and her friend Fluffy -approximately nine-year old male beagle.
This time, however it would be different, and because of social media and animal advocates sharing their story and just refusing to give up, these two dogs have a happy ending. According to the Los Angeles based organization, Earth Angels Rescue, when the couple split up and the dogs were surrendered, the other spouse and never been notified and in the interim had moved thousands of miles away. “The Ex Husband Of The Woman That Surrendered Them, Now Living Thousands Of Miles Away, Saw They Were In The Shelter & Couldn’t Believe It. He contacted A Rescue To Help Get The Dogs Back To Him & This Is Their First Step To Going Home.
Please Take A Look At Their FREEDOM.
Paloma and Fluffy are OTB! We can’t wait to get them home!!! Their parents are waiting. Thank you for honoring your pledges!! @ Los Angeles, California FLuffy and Paloma Are SAFE! They are going HOME!
Thank you to Jessica and Molly who saw their picture and fell in love and worked hard to rescue them and get them home…”
